Following a week of non-strength into OpEx, mid-December marks the beginning of one of the most reliable and strongest seasonal periods through the end of the year.

Most years we face the same conundrum: Chatter about a year-end rally becomes deafeningly loud and so prevalent that one doubts that it can possibly play out this year.

And then it happens anyway.

Year-end flows during a positive year are nothing to be trifled with.
